An AED 10 billion iconic waterfront resort- cum- residential community project spread over 43 million sq. feet launched in May 2006
Mina Al Arab will feature numerous resort hotels, a water theme park, a Thalasso Therapy centre, a marina, a heritage village and eco-friendly hotels
The project will offer 5500 residential units and 388 residential villas of various architectural styles
Amenities will include a harbour, pedestrian and bicycle pathway, traditional Arabian Souk, 3.1 million square meters of open space, ecological preserves and landscaping, traditional water taxis, parks, restaurants, and recreational facilities
